No Refund / No Returns Policy
At 2Owls Crystals, every piece is thoughtfully crafted. To keep things simple and fair, all sales are final.
1) No refunds & no change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. The following are final sale: all items, custom or personalized pieces, made-to-order items, sale items, gift cards
2) If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll make it right if there’s an issue caused by us or during transit.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

After review, we’ll repair or replace the item. If the original materials are unavailable, we may offer store credit.
Note: Minor variations in color, pattern, veining, inclusions, or bead shape are natural characteristics of gemstones and not defects.
3) Sizing & adjustments
Custom bracelets are sized to your selection at checkout.
If you need an adjustment, we offer one complimentary resize within 14 days of delivery (bracelet must be unworn and in original condition).
Customer is responsible for return shipping to us; we cover the outbound shipping back to you (domestic as a good will). (Adjust these terms if you prefer a small fee.)
4) Order cancellations & address changes
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or uncollected packages.
5) Shipping issues
Once handed to the courier, risk of delay or loss lies with the carrier; we’ll assist with a trace/claim where possible.
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
6) Returns authorization (when applicable)
For authorized cases (e.g., repair/replacement), we’ll provide instructions. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.
7) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Where required by law, appropriate remedies (repair, replacement, or store credit) will be offered.
